Payment - You can pay by:
  • Paypal: The safer easier way to pay without exposing your credit card or bank account number.
  • Credit card: Please phone the store and we will call you straight back to process your credit card order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Maestro, Solo.
  • Cheques : We can only accept cheque payment from customers domiciled in the UK. All cheques should be made payable to Talbot Pets and mailed, along with your contact details, delivery address, and order content. We cannot accept your order or begin full processing and dispatch until payment has cleared.

  • Orders UNDER £10.00 NET incur a £1.00 payment processing charge
  • Upto 120g £1.00
  • Upto 250g £2.50
  • Upto 1000g £3.80
  • Upto 2000g £5.50
  • 2001g to 20000g £8.00
  • Extra weight over 20kg £0.50p per extra kg over 20kg

Some single larger items up to 20kgs can only be sent as single shipments, via courier at an individual cost of £8.00 This will be displayed in the shopping cart where relevant.

Delivery to UK mainland & Northern Ireland under this policy. Some parts of the Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland may incur slightly higher postage costs. Please contact us first.

Some promotional items may be Postage FREE, and will be stated on the listing as such.

Reptile Live Foods and other Goods are delivered to addresses in the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Island territories), at Royal Mail Packet or Parcel rates where the total order weight does not exceed 2kg, and by courier thereafter. It is important that someone is present at the delivery address to collect your parcel, as your delivery may require a signature on receipt. You may wish to consider arranging delivery to your work address, or to the home of a neighbour or friend who has agreed to provide a signature for the order.

PLEASE NOTE - Glass items are not covered by insurance and are delivered at your risk only.

Faulty Goods: We select high quality products and use efficient packaging processes to keep your products in a good condition during transit. Sometimes, however, an item may display fault(s) occurring beyond our control. In the event of receiving faulty goods you must notify us within 28 days to be eligible for a new item to be supplied or to obtain a full refund for the goods and P&P charges.

Unwanted Goods: We aim to provide accurate information about all the products on our site; if you have any queries about colour and sizing, please contact us directly before placing your order. If you are unsatisfied with your goods, we can in most cases offer you a refund (less the original postage and packing costs) or exchange but you must notify us within 28 days of receiving the goods.
